Gerry Bach built the building in 1992. The first tenant was Comforts; "soothing body care products and gifts to be cherished."

2001: Paul's Barber Shop

Paul Samuelson bought the building in 1995 and rented the building to several businesses including greeting cards, a candy store, and an art gallery. When a renter moved out in 2000, Paul decided to move his one-chair barber shop in, becoming the only barber in Langley at the time.

Paul became Langley's mayor in 2008, and vacated the Barber Shop in 2009.

2010: Dig It Tattoo

Eric Tunnell, the owner of Dig it Tattoo, worked out of his home on Maxwelton Road before opening a shop in Langley Village in 2010.

After Dig It Tattoo moved into the building next door in 2014, the building became home to "Mat & Bob's Office."


2020. Foamy Wader moved from First Street into space vacated by "Mat and Bob's Office."
